Modern hotels have long since surpassed the role of classic accommodation facilities – today they build a brand identity, form an impression of a destination and become an integral part of the urban and social landscape.

Architecture, interior and functional organization of the space play a key role in how the guest will perceive and remember the stay. In this context, the portal Gradnja is organizing the conference BuildUp 2025: Horekatura – hospitality architecture, which will be held on October 23 in Belgrade, in one of the most representative hotels in the country – Crowne Plaza.

Horecature: space, function and durability

This thematic edition of the BuildUp conference will be entirely dedicated to the design, construction, equipping and management of HoReCa facilities.

In one place, we will gather architects, interior designers, investors, hoteliers, contractors, equipment suppliers and all relevant actors from the hospitality sector, with the aim of opening up the most important questions regarding the quality, sustainability and longevity of the space of a hotel or restaurant.

One of the central topics will be the complexity of the hotel’s functioning itself – as facilities that require carefully planned infrastructure, an efficient maintenance system and rational use of resources.
